I have been a member for years, but recently was hit with a Ultimate Guitar home page that I found impossible to exit without inadvertently signing up for a monthly $25 premium subscription. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but was only given additional "offers" at a reduced price. I have asked that they credit me the $25 charge for the service I didn't know I was requesting, but no luck there either. I don't want to hassle with monthly credit card charge disputes, but Ultimate Guitar doesn't seem interested in my troubles, they just want my money. Done with them.

In fact, it's quite simple to cancel the subscription on the website or you can send a cancellation request to Support team at support@ultimate-guitar.com.
