"I am very disappointed with sammydress. I ordered different items in bulk for my store and was very disappointed to know that half of my items were damaged! I did not even receive my whole order and it has been two months since i ordered. The sales rep returned SOME items which were still damaged! I messaged him every week with no response for a month! Then he finally responded saying that he resent the items! They do not read your query properly and take you around in circles! They refuse to send the other items that i did not receive! I will NEVER order in bulk from sammy dress again! Highly stressed and disappointed! Later down... Sammydress sent an email talking about refund when I sent all the pictures for all the broken items it came up to 1,000 USD WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEMS THAT WAS A HUGE DISSPPOINTMENT! Only to say you guys can only refund me 100 USD? That's your big refund? Guess I have to count my losses! Then they have the audacity to say that I assumed the items were factory damaged! Assumed? Scammers they are! But I will sure file a complaint to pay pal about this company and would also let everyone who asks about this company know my bad experience! And I mean EVERYONE!"... i have been dealing with someone to send back 100 USD for my damaged items (which isn't the amount) it's more! And they said that the financial staff send the money through western union but they did not give me a transaction number to take out the money! Now i am checking my email and its saying the link is expired for my ticket when I sign in my account i'm not seeing my ticket! What the hell is really going on with sammydress! Then they lied to me about sending the money! I knew they did not want to refund my money!
