They send defective product, and then once you report about the defect, it goes lazy way of processing and make you frustrated to give up hope.

4 months by now when I reported this defect about the product i got. 3 time I shared picture of the product with problem. Got email that you will issue a partial refund 2 month earlier, nothing had happened so far, i had checked my credit card and no refund was processed.
They should be not allowed to do business in US
