Difficult to get a hold of someone who understand and if someone come on the line they apologize for the inconvenience but still put me on an hour wait time I hung up and called back to get another apology and another wait time for an hour lost $775 doing business with the, no one should do business with them and eve Google and all the other search engines should not allow them to advertise. If you wanna lose time and money go ahead and call them, good luck
