“Very deceptive company”

I ordered mudflats from parts galaxy and the shipment tracking info they sent didn't show anything. I never got the product or a refund and then they said it was delivered by FedEx on the 23rd. My security cameras show no deliveries on that day. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

“Poor customer service”

I ordered 3 personalized dog collars from Qualtry and one was embroidered in the wrong place. I sent a complaint to their customer service email and filled out the information on their customer service page on their website and STILL haven't heard a word from them. They don't care about their customers once they have your money.
