Purchased 2 tablets but neither displayed as registered for cashback. Notified Rakuten on incident, and while the whole process took few weeks, it's resolved professionally. RK agent Ted was super polite and efficient and further adjusted the cashback percentage discrepancy within 24h after notification. Tip for consumers:
Make sure to activate cashback 'before' adding products to cart and checkout. Also ensure no Ad-Block of any kind is interfering the transaction, which includes any Internet Security programs installed locally on device.
