Talked to and called 3 times. Metro said everything was good to go for auto pay. Next payment rolls around and still no auto pay WTH?!

Dish said I needed a OTA so I bought one and this thing is a piece of junk. My signal keeps fading in and out. I've called customer service twice and they say they fixed it but it only last a day or two can't wait until my contract is up so I can get a more reliable service.
