Your system did not accept my VISA Debit Card, which I use for every other purchase I make. That causes me great inconvenience in having to transfer funds using non-local banking institutions. Please FIX this!

We are sorry to hear that. An error message processing a credit card or debit card can occur for the following reasons:

- We do not accept Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.

- A LawDepot account has not been created.

- Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to remove the hold temporarily.

Let us know if the issue persists after following the above instructions.
