I presented Fixthephoto with several photos to retouch and add items to for simple backgrounds as photo manipulation. After building a relationship providing a steady stream of work for fixthephoto and quality returned photos, I was suddenly sent a canned e-mail message two times in a row after questioning why they couldnt take my last picture manipulation. They said "We are forced to decline the order because we are not able to complete your task". Apparently you can't send too big a challenge to Fixthephoto. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I would have paid double price for an attempt.
