Ridiculous service, never ever use FloraQueen!

I had to give one star as you cant give less

Absolutely shocking service on my order number *******

Paid a fortune for flowers on the 26-01-2020 to be delivered on the 29-01-2020.

Till today only a load of garbage excuses on how their delivery courier tried to deliver but there was no delivery made at our apartment. And on top of it they refuse to refund, almost 2 weeks later and still no flowers

Don't order from this pathetic organization as Giancarlo and Xavier don't know the first thing about running a company and customer service!

Stay well away from this organization! BUNCH OF FABULIST SWINDLERS
