I guess I don't understand the fee schedule. It seems I'm being charged a lot, plus the $9.99 monthly? Other than that it's been working well!

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website.

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.
