Since Realtruck purchased several other companies and (in my opinion) made the blunder of integrating all original manufacturers webpages into the Reatruck site, I've had issues finding info and/or contacting the appropriate department for customer service.
For instance...this time...over 15 minutes on hold before I also opened an online chat...got someone to respond to the chat finally and spent a few minutes chatting only to have them tell me I could've handled this with a call easier. I mentioned I'd been on hold for a call for over 15 minutes...he then forwards me another number for "Retrax" customer service. Another 5+minutes on there and I finally got the guy to agree to overnight me a small screw pack that was missing out of a Retrax Pro MX cover I installed yesterday. I luckily had another cover in stock to rob the screw pack out of, but I'm installing the other cover tomorrow and need them to overnight the screw pack and he acted like that was going to be difficult or couldn't happen. Crossing my fingers as my customer is traveling from an hour away for this install tomorrow and no possibility of a reschedule as she's traveling out of town a day after install...hence the need for the cover. Would appreciate hearing back from someone that cares to make sure this happens in a timely fashion to save my customer the grief of traveling without her new cover installed.
