Nitrotek have not responded to my questioning of where my order even is after emailing and messaging on their Facebook which is not good customer service. I placed my order on the 14th of December at 14.20, i was then forced to pay 10 pound delivery. And still haven't got my parcels a week later and no correspondence either.
