After taking a few culinary classes in the summer, I decided to upgrade my knife set. I checked a few local stores, but they were mostly generic or cheaply made stuff. After finding unicun, I saw their Japanese style Damascus knife on the website and knew I had to get it. It arrived last week and I used it to prepare a pretty simple sushi dish. I'm still baffled with how perfect and aesthetically pleasing my cuts are thanks to this knife.
