“I ordered and paid for school shoes for my little girl”

I ordered and paid for school shoes for my little girl. 2 weeks later no shoes so I phoned inquiry line and was told shoes were not in stock. No school shoes for my little girl starting school in 2 days and they did not care one bit - although my money still out of the account!. Very, very poor customer service.
