I recently received some shorts that were the incorrect size. I filled a form out and had no issues with returning the item. I did need another pair of shorts but needed them quickly so called and got issued my store credit straight away which was great. When I checked my account, I noticed that the credit was for the exact same amount that I purchased the shorts for, not the 120% store credit that is mentioned on the returns slip.
I do not mind that I didn't receive the 120% but did get the 100% store credit, however it just needs to be removed if the case is only 100%. Otherwise, great customer service.
