I made a very substantial purchase using topcashback as a clickthrough. It amazing, how they dont show this as payble or pending to me. I called the merchant and they confirmed they can see the clickthrough from Topcashback to them. But despite that information I am out several hundred dollars in cashback. Repeated emails to topcashback states it could take up to 12 weeks. Well for me...its been 12 weeks and nothing.
Want good and reliable cashback go to Rakuten or befrugal. Topcashback doesnt know what customer service is and you cannot even speak to a real person
