At 6:27 pm on may 9 2023 I walked up to the Boston market at 4310 w broad st Columbus Ohio just to find a sign on the door that said lobby closed drive thru only seeing as I am in a semi truck that is not an option for me so I tried ordering online to pick up at the curbside and they had all online ordering shut down so I walked up to the window and seen an employee inside as soon as he seen me he ran to the back of the store to hide so I tried not once not twice but 4 times to call the store phone number and no one answered this is a bunch of bull$#*! I have bought and ordered a lot of food at this restaurant in the past this issue and employee need to be dealt with immediately
