I was leery about this software, as I had bought another product from another company that I was totally unsatisfied with. It had a good review from Peter Carcione on You Tube and he usually calls a spade a spade. So I gave it a shot. I hedged a little bit by buying the basic. I did notice that i was signing up for a free month of tech support (this is billed monthly) and this was a one year subscription, So you may want to set up a reminder to cancel or continue before the one month and one year mark.
The software worked well. I ran the basic scan and then the deep scan. Nothing else really had to be run. I installed it on an old windows 10 machine that was almost unusable because it had gotten so slow, and a windows 11 machine, that was working fine. I restarted both machines together and while I did expect the windows 11 to boot up quicker, The windows 10 machine booted up almost as fast. I was pretty amazed by that. It started up like a brand new machine. I didn't need tech support. We'll see how this goes over time. But initially, I am impressed. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is that I felt that they were trying to sneak in an expensive monthly tech support addon.

Bought this software and it did a marginal job at best. Of course they then tried to upsell me. Well, my PC is old, so I opted to buy a new PC. I called them back and told them I wanted to cancel. It took a little while but when I finally got hold of a rep, she said I could not cancel, that was their policy and promptly hung up on me. Their webpage states that you can cancel anytime. So I took a screen shot and ended up calling my credit card company to reject any further charges.
