I gave 3 big bags of fresh cleaned or new clothes. The acceptance rate was 14%. Customer service took weeks to respond back. DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM.

Also, the clothes they do sell are always very faded and not as described. Horrible experience, please save yourself the trouble and expense and do not do business with them.
