Update: after waiting nearly a month they just cancel my order! Ordered Dec 3rd for an item that showed as in stock. Received 2 emails saying there was a delay. Could not find a number to call on their site for an update. The online chat never has a real person available. Eventually got an email back with a phone number, after getting through another automated bot I was told the item was out of stock and would only ship on the 19th of December! Why didn't they include this information in the emails so I could have ordered something else before now!
