The number of bad reviews is so revealing and true. I wish I read them prior to ordering from them. Who is running this company and why do they still have a job? Have they ever put themselves in the customer's shoes and actually placed an order? Why not? They might learn something. Have they ever read these reviews? Why not? They might learn something. Have they ever waited on hold for over 20 min calling their own company? Why not? They might learn something. Have they ever tried to return something and wondered why there's no return labels included? Why not? They might learn something. I actually think they have good capable employees, but very poor management. I'll spare you my sob story, just be advised to order elsewhere.
