This joke of a company advertised they were selling Predator motorcycle helmets at a discounted price; I placed my order got confirmation of the purchase with a picture of said helmet; but when the package arrived the helmet was a cheap poor excuse of a helmet with a visor that was not even for the helmet it was on; naturally I sent an email saying I had received the wrong item; they proceeded to call me a liar saying "we verify your picture information, the goods are also intact without quality problems, and do not affect normal use. What is the specific problem, please?" After countless emails back and forth with them and sending photos of the picture off their website and what they shipped me they still were refusing to admit they sent the wrong item and would only give me a refund if I mailed the piece of junk they sent me; ONLY if i paid for the shipping myself. Last time I checked if a company sends the wrong item purchased they dont try to force the customer to pay for the shipping themselves; still more emails back and forth to the point of them now ignoring me. The first picture is what they sent, the second is what their website supposedly sold me
