Ordered two 18k gold plated heartbeat necklaces, received two "best friends" necklaces. No Order number inside or outside packaging; no confirmation email; but they sure did charge my credit card. Contacted Customer Support and could not get any help due to no order number. DON'T BE A VICTIM!
