I love their products and wanted to write a comment on their site stating my thorough satisfaction. However, every time I tried to submit a comment, it failed to appear. I contacted them and Cezil was very helpful in trying to determine the problem. He sent me very user-friendly, detailed things to try, such a clearing my cache, etc. After a few emails, he discovered the problem: I was trying to leave comments that were simply too long! Throughout it all, Cezil was so kind and patient and very knowledgeable.
Tip for consumers:
My favourite all-time design is Tokyo by Saje Damen. She has so many beautiful designs. My favourite things there are her notebooks. Very well bound, high-grade paper. Notebooks are comfortable and flexible/bendable for ease of writing in. I love the size, easy to take everywhere. When you have the right notebook, the words come easier. The Canvass wall hanging it also superb.
