No one will give me a straight answer as to why I can't tint the lenses. Instead they just try to upsell me on things I wasn't even asking about. I'm not sure if the progressives are the issues or the prism correction but I can't select any frames that will allow me to add both and tint the lenses, which is disappointing. I've emailed twice and phoned once and still don't know what the issue is.
I’ve had great customer service in the past and I love the large selection.
I like the frames and need more options that have both the progressives and the prism correction.
