I ordered a custom case, in which at first I was sketched out by the website and how good the case was. The shipping took a bit, but it's expected coming from China. I wasn't thrilled for the quality that the case was so I went to the website to see if I could get my money back. The Case-Custom team emailed me within the day helping me through the process and I didn't even have to ship it back. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. Even though I didn't enjoy the quality of the case (the picture was kind of blurry, which may have been my fault, and my fingernails left visible scratches on it) the customer support was great.
