When I contact them asking about a phone case that I didn't receive, they where really nice and send me a new one, this was a very important case because my daughter who is autistic pick and she was waiting for it. Thank you so much for your help and empathy
EDITED: the review below reflects my original order. However, on seeing this review, case-custom reached out to me and offered to send me a re-printed case. While the printing isn't perfect, it is much better with more accurate colours, and they have clearly demonstrated great customer service.
What was good: the case itself seems to be quite sturdy, and fits my phone well
What was bad: the colours are WAY off, and the image is fuzzy. I have attached the image I uploaded for the case - as you can see, it's a grey scale map - but the case I received is purple! Very disappointed. The case also arrived later than the stated 7-14 business days for shipping, even though I live in a capital city.
They provide a tracking number, but it's bogus. They use a Chinese tracking service (4PX) http://track.4px.com that doesn't indicate the package's city or location once it leaves China. The page stopped updating my order status after a couple of days, and has now gone weeks without an update on location or estimated time of arrival. What's worse is their site doesn't give any indication that they're in China, which is super-shady.
The photos that are on the cases I ordered are absolutely amazing! I will order again when it's time to upgrade my phone for sure! And the customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations!
If you're looking for a custom case you're in the right place. Got one for my Pixel 5 and from beginning to end the service was excellent.
The Pixel 5 had just came out and there wasn't an option for the phone yet. I emailed them and within a day they had it up on the website. Sent in my order, paid for the faster shipping and got it well within the estimated shipping time.
The print came out great and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with it and it was exactly how I wanted.
Customer service was really what set them apart, very responsive even with the major timezone differences and no problem getting any issues I had sorted.
I'd definitely recommend them :)
I ordered a case on April 19th. It's now June 29th, and I still don't have it. I've contacted them several times and was basically just told to wait longer. I'm now in a resolution process through PayPal, and Case Customs has stopped responding altogether. These people are straight-up crooks. Go to skinit.com instead, if they have designs for your phone (I have an LG V60, and skinit.com doesn't have em).
I recently purchased a case for an iPad as a gift. By the time I received the case, the person for whom the case was intended had already purchased one. I went to My Custom Case and looked at their return policy, which stated that they wanted the customer to be happy and would refund FOR ANY REASON within 30 days. There was a stipulation regarding damages to an item, stating that they would have to assess the damage before refund. I contacted them asking for a refund because the item was no longer needed. I was told that they ONLY refund for damage. When I did a screen shot of their policy, they talked in circles saying they had restrictions as to what could be returned, and then said I had not paid enough for the item to be able to get a refund! None of this is in their FAQ section regarding returns. They post one thing to mislead you and then come up with every excuse they can think of not to honor their policy. I would NOT recommend this company!
I ordered a case for myself and my husband. The package took quite a while to get here because it got stuck in customs. I emailed the Case Custom Team and they stayed in contact with me to update me on what was going on. They also said that if things went wrong and it wasn't going to get to me they would ship replacements at no charge. The cases arrived and I was very impressed with the quality of both the custom images that we selected and the sturdiness of the cases themselves. I would not recommend if you need your item quickly but if you are not in a hurry and want a quality item check them out.
I am so happy, I love this case. I got the Burberry case for Samsung Galaxy flip4. It fits perfect and is exactly whay i ordered. Qaulity is really good. After I ordered this case, I looked up reviews (I am very impulsive). I was really worried when so many people did not receive their case. Like many said, the tracking number started in China, then just disappeared. Well, I actually received mine much quicker than the 15-18 day estimate.
My recently purchased personalized phone case isnt even able to be charged with the case on. The side buttons are not correctly alligned with the phone. TERRIBLE waste of money. I contacted the maker. They made NO REFUND. My second purchase had the same set of problems!

I ordered my case on april 24th. Was given a tracking number on April 30th from USPS. It is now May 13th and USPS doesn't have the package or have they ever received the package. I asked company to refund my card and they refused to. Do not deal with this company.
I've already contacted my bank to recover my money. I will never purchase nothing from these crooks. And I'm reporting them with the better business bureau.
I did have a couple of issues with the first case I received, but their customer service was so great and fast at helping me out that this alone deserves an excellent review. Best experience I've ever had, and the quality of the case is really nice in my opinion :)
I went out on web, found a picture of my favorite sports team - The Cardinals - and followed the simple instructions to add it to the case. I was pleasantly surprised to find an exact duplicate of my picture embossed on a very sturdy, slim lined metal case. Many a fan have been jealous when they see it. Very reasonably priced also.

I ordered phone case with a custom image. The quality of the product is super good, I've ordered phone cases from many sites and Case-customs's quality is so much better! The image is clear and the picture stays even though the cover gets small scratches and wearing marks. I'm definitely going to order all my future my phone cases from them! Awesome job! I ordered a custom photo case for my new IPhone 7. For me problem #1 is that there is no indication on the site that you are ordering from a company in China. I did not realize until I checked out with PayPal and the payee name was all Chinese letters. Wait time to receive was longer than anticipated. Problem #2: When I got the case noticed that there was a bubble right next to the camera on the seam. Found 2 other bubbles near the bottom. It is a very thin vinyl type sticker that is put on the outside of the case. Knowing that just putting it in my purse could potentially rip it, I thought I could somehow seal it. I used clear nail polish the coat the entire sticker and it completely curled up and came off. Almost $40 in the garbage can.
I received my custom case with a photo of my Golden Retrievers I lost recently. I can now still see them everyday each time I pick up my phone. It was well made, adorable & a perfect fit for my phone. I LOVE that you can customize the photo the writing the colors and the font. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unique case for their phone!
I have nothing bad to say about Case-Customs. The color and design of the case was exactly as I imagined, and the customer service representative that I spoke with was incredibly nice throughout the entire shipping and receiving process.
I tend to get very antsy about receiving my product on time so I sent numerous check up emails to the CSR weeks before it arrived. And although it must have been tiresome, each reply from the CSR was nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful. (And fast!)
Overall, great experience. Possibly one of the best experience I've had while online shopping. I will definitely be repurchasing from the store in the future.
