From what I see, the order was placed on your end without the assistance of our agents. The product ordered is advertised as "raw" and due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” Duraflex products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. We highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. This disclaimer is shown to each client before purchase and it is impossible to proceed further to checkout page without acknowledgement.
Also, due to the peculiarities of a freight shipment, the box and the part inside must be inspected upon delivery and signed as damaged if any harm is located. This is the only way for us to submit the damage claim with the shipping carrier and proceed with either refund or replacement for you with no questions asked. The information about freight delivery is also shown during the order processing as pop up disclaimer.
If the damage was located afterwards, the recipient can only mark the concealed damage by reporting directly to the Freight Shipping Carrier.
In this particular case, the shipping carrier has proofs that the product was received in a good condition and signed for. Still, we will do everything possible to help you out with this situation.
