Buyers be aware of Miele! We asked numerous vendors who makes the best of best dishwashers and they all came back saying its Miele so we purchased the best Miele available regardless of the high price. After very limited part time usage over the period of 8 years we found both interior racks rusting so we contacted Miele via email. They responded very quickly but only to say they would not warrant for the rusting conditions. This rusting condition makes this dishwasher unusable & unsafe because of contamination issues.

Therefore, all of you consumers need to be aware of purchasing the so called #1 Miele Dishwasher and regardless of them being the most expensive price on the market, they do NOT stand behind their quality issues like they should. You need to NOT purchase Miele and buy some other high-end dishwasher!

The below was sent to colgate Palmolive on their website re: Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap Refill, Soothing Aloe Vera.
Why did you change the formula for this soap? The new soap has a different sent than the same soap we have used for years, which we do not like. The old soap was your #1 seller so why did you fix something that was never broken? I see there are many other consumers saying the same about your new product. Why?

This is an extremely bad company with really bad unethical employees at their Melbourne, FL store. Also even their regional manager at their headquarters is a complete waste and has never heard of good customer service either! Please never use them if you don't want a complete run-a-round and a loss of money and your valuable time. They do not stand behind what they sell and they all lie about the situations regardless of the numerous verbal conversations but better yet we have everything in email correspondence but it still did not matter and they screwed us anyway! They actually held us as hostages until they got their way costing us a lot of money!

I usually do not document or file any complaints but this Hudson Furniture Company has my attention well beyond anything that could be consider normal or ethical etc. Please do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy being screwed!
