Seems to be a common theme, I ordered on 12/13, chose shipping option to be here by 12/21, as of 12/22, product has not shipped warehouse. I would avoid unless you want a barren looking Christmas tree this year.
We did purposely hold some orders in our warehouse for a few days but we upgraded shipping at no cost to the customers. However, your order should have arrived within the time frame you selected.
