Purchased a watch, which needed to be held at a FedEx location due to theft issues at my residence. PJ got wind of this after the hold order and stole the package after delivery. Package has allegedly been rerouted back to Austin, but FedEx has no record. PJ refuses to give me my $6k back until the watch is "returned" to them, despite it never leaving FedEx's possession.

Stay far away from this company. They're extraordinarily unprofessional and delusional.

In order for a merchant to guarantee payment from a credit card company, we must ship to the billing address of the credit card and obtain proof of delivery (with signature). We shipped to the billing address and no signature could be obtained. We noticed the package being redirected to a Walgreens. This is a red flag for fraud and in fact, the very last watch that was stolen from us was stolen in this exact manner.

FedEx has been instructed to ignore unauthorized hold at location requests, however sometimes they fail to protect our packages. In our shipping emails we specifically ask buyers to contact us if any redirects are necessary.

We attempted to reach you by phone and were unable to do so (a final red flag). The package arrived at Walgreens and at that point we had to act to recall the package to avoid potentially losing the watch to a theft by fraud.

When you finally called us, the interaction might have been handled quite amicably and the package reshipped to the billing address.

However, as abusive and threatening as you were, that was not possible. Most buyers are understanding of the security needs involved in shipping high value items once it is explained and can bear (with a little disappointment) a small delay. Fraudsters on the other hand, tend to be demanding, trying threats and intimidation to get their loot before it is too late.

At the time I declined to refund the card, you were still actively attempting to obtain the package at Walgreens and the package had not yet been secured by FedEx.

The card used to place the order was refunded as soon as FedEx secured our watch.
