I know there are others from reading similar post around, but Dollar has a scam within their system. Hard to believe at first when you start playing their stupid game until you come to find after thinking that after thinking surely someone has the ability to correct only to find that it is in fact a scam and they're going to follow through with it. Customer representative was told no extras and NO insurance was needed, Then they have a tiny little blank screen they say to go ahead and sign after they tell you they understand and that all is good from my statement. Only to find they did in fact charge me for additional insurance, adding 50 percent increase to the total bill. And then when you say "Hey, this is wrong!" you get the old. "You signed for it". There is no confusion as to what was said. I was not the only one there to hear it and have witnesses. There is no misconstruing what took place. It is fraud and a scam. Appears this has also happened to many people. My question as I will (and presently doing) in using every platform to do what I can due to having extreme difficulty in backing off when robbed is that does anyone know if I can press charges against the customer representative who began this?
