They gave zero customer support, did not respond to email, and after they sold nothing while other sites were selling regularly, we tried to cancel our arrangement. No one got back to us, and suddenly, we were charged $99 on our credit card. After asking, I was told our other arrangement had ended in March 2024, that I had opened an email informing me of that (not true), and that I would be charged $99 a month until next March, when I would have a chance to end the agreement again. In other words, they couldn't make any money selling paintings, so they decided to charge us close to $12,000 a year. I wish someone had told me the truth about these people and hope this helps anyone considering working with 1stDibs.
