I bought BF GOODRICH tires from the SpringHill Tennessee store. I had to pre order the tires and when they arrived at the store I was contacted that they had the tires at the store. When I got to the store and paid for the tire I was told that they were a little behind and that I would be a little while before they could mount them. After 6 hours of waiting I finally got the tires. From day 1 the tires were not balanced and I have tried several times to schedule an appointment to get them balanced and each time it is 4 or 5 days before they can get to me. It feels like they got the money for the tires and they can care less about the care of their customers.
