I bought a groupon for a product. They will not recognize my groupon. I emailed them and got a response 4 days later wanting a pdf copy of the groupon. I sent it to them and 5 days later, still no response. I am on hold with them, have been for over 45 minutes. They have no option for customer service, just for ordering new stuff and checking on an order. I am also trying to get ahold of them via their online chat and have been waiting on that for 30 minutes and it says there is still 45 people ahead of me. This is ridiculous. There attitude is they have my money and don't really care if I get a product or not.
