Ordered a costume at the beginning of July for a con that was at the end of August. Confirmed with them that timeframe was fine and they promised I'd receive it mid-August. Costume came Sept 1 and had to wait for it to even go to the con.
On top of that costume was tacky all over, zippers installed incorrectly, everything was incorrectly sized, nothing was customized to measurements, poor quality all around. Did not match photos provided.
I emailed asking for a refund and they took weeks of back and forth to give only $150 of a $730 order for something that was late, not customized, did not match photos, and was poor quality.
I would not order from them again.

As a small workshop, we do create and hand-make each order when we receive it. Especially
So if it is a order with customization requests.
And therefore, many orders does require a production time frame.
We are working on our turnaround time by ensuring every order is now ship through air express services and that if the requested
Deadline date is rush, we reach out to let our customers know in advance the expected ETA.
