“Blocked ink jets on expensive printer”

DO NOT PURCHASE ink cartridges from this company, all they want to do is fob you off by email and will not listen to complaints on the phone.
End result is I have to purchase an new printer at a cost of £478.00
Very bad service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
