Still in the middle of dealing with this company - but service is awful and they sent the wrong product under the guise of a "free upgrade".
I'm guessing that I'll be another review where it takes two weeks to get the refund. The phone line doesn't work and the "chat" assistant has stopped replying to my questions.
This is a total scam.

Did not receive download right away. Had to chase them down for it. When it did come 3 days...
Reasonably painless to order the software, Publisher, but more than an hour later still waiting....
