These two products belong to Phytage laboratories 1. Bladder Relief 911, and 2. Belly Flush. I ordered the Bladder Relief 911 years ago, and I decided to order again on August 22,2023. This product was never delivered, instead I was shipped Belly Flush, 3 Bottles for a total of $147.00, and I paid on line for Customs service charges locally in advance because I do not live in United States. The product I was expecting (Bladder Relief 911) did not arrive in time from Customs before I had planned a business trip out of my residence home. When I was placing the order I mentioned to the sales rep that I had ordered this product several years ago. She looked up my history and confirmed personal information including my credit card number. I returned to my residence after almost a month and found sms message from the Post Office to which I had paid the Customs payment earlier to learn that the product was returned to the shipper after 16 days of no response from me. I then called the phone number listed on my order document receipt to learn that this phone number *******522 did not belong to the Phytage product Bladder Relief 911 website, but did belong to another Phytage product (Belly Flush). The customer service rep told me that her latest update on the tracking indicated that the product (Belly Flush) was still in my country. I asked her which tracking company they used, she told me they used DHL. The documents they sent to me said the tracking company was JETPACK. I asked her to confirm that the shipping number on the receipt documents for my purchase of $147.00 matched the tracking number she had for the updated information.
Then I decided to recheck my documents, including my credit card statement for August 2023 which included the date August 27,2023 when I left my residence for a month long business trip. I am trying to understand why she told me the product order was still in my country, contrary to my contact from Customs told me the product had been returned to the shipper. Then I discovered in my review of my August credit card statement there was also a charge on August 5,2023 from Phytage Laboratories *******252 MA for $144.90. This is a fraudulant charge. What really makes me suspicious is that after I placed the order, the local Postal Department notified me via email stating that "A shipment has arrived for you from abroad on 15.08.2023. Its tracking number LS*******CH. Note that 15.08.2023 is before my Credit Card Bank posted the two charge purchase amounts: as follows:
08/05 PHYTAGE LABORATORIES *******252 MA $144.90
08/22 BELLYFLUSH *******733 $147.00

This is just crazy. I think Phytage Laboratories is manipulating charges and dates between their multiple website companies. The sales rep I spoke with today, told me that Bladder Relief 911 was not one of Phytage Laboratories Products. A simple internet research will clearly show that this is not a true statement and both Bladder Relief 911 and Belly Flush are just 2 products sold by Phytage Laboratories. The sales rep I spoke to at length when I ordered Bladder Relief 911 knew what I wanted to order. We spoke clearly about my history of using this product. Yet somehow she got confused when she tried to create 2 orders instead of just 1. The sales reps are working for commission income for every order they claim to have sold.

Tip for consumers:
I was not able to upload document to prove purchase.Maybe you need to have some detail how to do it, such as what is acceptable file size or type?.

Products used:
Product was never received. I was charged a total $ of $291.90 ( $147.00 + $144.90) and received no product.
