I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time almost a month ago and I'm little bit frustrated with how things are being handled. First off, I ordered some clothes I was interested in on the website for a vacation. The order went through perfectly fine however the day I received the package 2 items were not in the package due to some "stock error." Then I was suppose to get store credit for both of the items. I was pretty upset about the whole thing because I did not have enough time to order more clothes from the site nor did I even want to. So here I am trying to give Fashion Nova a second chance because the clothes I received were very cute but I'm running into a problem yet again. I'm trying to use one of the gift cards I received as store credit and it is "disabled." It's safe to say I am quite unsatisfied with the service I have received.
