I ordered a pair of Braum seats from Carid. When I received them one of the seats was cut short by the top slot where the seat belt was. I tried to send it back and they flatly refused. I hired a lawyer and contacted my credit card. Resolution division. I finally settled with them but this went on for 9 months. I would never recommend doing business with these jokers. Caveat Emptor! Beware worst customer service ever. Never Again!
