I can say that overall I'm satisfied with my choice of an e-commerce platform. I first interacted with the team in March when I joined their free Zoom meeting. I learned a lot about e-commerce, including statistical data, and realized that what I wanted was not something out of reach but quite achievable in this life. I signed up for the free trial on March 17th. I understood that I would need to put in some effort, but I was prepared for it. I received my pre-designed store with products and everything was set up smoothly. Regarding marketing, I consulted with the team quite a bit, both through Zoom and in the chat. I can't say that I loved every single idea, but I accepted most of them as viable options. I have my own niche blog, not a huge one, but I have a small friendly audience there. Plus, I'm part of several niche communities, so I have places to promote my store. I've already had a few sales, and that's what inspires me the most! My first sale brought a whirlwind of emotions, and I was on a high for a couple of days. It's an amazing feeling to know that I've succeeded! As for the downsides, my products with unique designs got slightly delayed. I communicated with multiple support team members, and sometimes I had to repeat my entire case. It's not a critical issue, and overall I consider my collaboration with these guys successful.
