I had to do a charge-back because of defective items and missing orders, and I have been banned by them, even after being a customer since the mid 1990s. When asked about having my ban reversed, I was told by representatives that it needs to be reviewed by the supervisors. I was told that this is because they have their own claim policy to follow and we should not use our credit card companies/banks to dispute. But the problems are: 1) nothing on their website FAQ or Help resources mention this, nor do they reach out to you to ask to remove the dispute, and 2) there is no consumer protection as the decision to replace items, refund, or do nothing is solely in their discretion. I don't fault the customer care representatives, as they are following the policies, but banning customers because of one credit card charge-back is extremely petty. They don't treat customers well, even long time ones, and this business practice is shady. I would recommend buying from elsewhere.
