I don't usually like to write bad reviews, but if I can warn anyone before they place an order, then it will be worthwhile. Unfortunately, this company sent me the wrong size couch cover and chair covers that were the wrong shape. Also, the couch cover arrived with black marks on it and the chair covers were listed as water proof on their website, but they ended up not being water proof at all. When I reached out and let Slendern know of their mistakes, they were not willing to either refund me or pay for the items to be shipped back to China for exchange. They would not take responsibility. They also charged me tax, but the weird thing was, the tax amount didn't show up in any of their emailed receipts or in the total amount due before I placed the order. They added it to the Paypal charge afterward. The strange thing about this is that I live in a tax free state (New Hampshire) and they are located in China. No reason to charge tax in the first place. They don't operate in an honorable way and won't take responsibility for their errors.

They do not stand behind their products and do not provide a way for customers to return anything if it doesn't fit. I ordered two items. One was defective and the other the wrong size. They asked me for photographs of both which I sent. Then, they refused to refund me for the defective product and told me it would be too expensive to return the top that didn't fit. After writing back-and-forth about 30 times, I gave up and excepted a partial refund. Basically they kept enough of my money to cover their cost of the products and I am stuck having paid for sandals that are two different sizes and a top that doesn't fit and looks terrible on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
