“Airbnb seems to want to lose former customers”

I have just spent at least 30 minutes trying to book an airbnb. I have used this site before, but this time there are added steps which make it cumbersome and inefficient in my opinion. I understand the need for security, but the length to which airbnb has gone re verification is ridiculous. I will not be using this site again until the process is simplified, particularly for past customers!
