So after receiving a truly poorly sewn dress, customer service was quick to respond. I sent photos, and they gave me two options, neither of which was a full refund. I was able to recoup $80, which was the best they offered. In exchange they asked for a 4 Star review. Thats not happening. If the full purchase price had been refunded I wouldve done so. My advice would be to read the fine print carefully. Dont purchase the dresses that are made in China or are custom sewn unless you want it to look like a 3rd grader made it. I will, however, say, that Sherri, the customer service person, was pleasant, and Im sure she has to deal with a lot of complaints. Its not her fault, but I wont be shopping here again.
