I booked flights almost a month in advance paid $543 and 2 days before my departure they tell me my flights were never secured on the flight and the prices have gone up triple that! So I was never honored my price quote they displayed at the time of booking even after I paid said price! Of course with all the reservations I had in place for my sons birthday I paid the cost because they put fear in me and told me I wouldn't be guaranteed otherwise. Upon calling the airlines to find out the price increase would have only brought my total to $1,023.00 yet they charged me $1,566.00 saying the charges came from taxes and fees to guarantee my seat! Total crock of $#*! after they hung up on me like 10 times! Run far away from this $#*! company even after telling them I was giving them a terrible review they didn't care and not to mention they had like 2 people you could speak with worst customer service ever! Save yourself the hassle and headache and go through the airline itself! I would never recommend these rude people who scam you to anyone! A lesson learned for the future for sure! The customer service was extremely rude the same guy who hung up on me claimed himself as management and I expressed how inconvenient this all was and how he was very rude, I expressed to him that as the backbone and management of the company he does a terrible job and supports a company that will eventually fail especially when people realize how they scammed others and they get no business! I literally should have checked the reviews prior to booking I see why they are only rated two stars they shouldn't even be in business honestly! Hold your money people and don't be fooled!
