Seems like a scam. After my order they repeatedly asked for my paypal and credit card information. They refuse to cancel my order. Do not order from this site!

Hi Beth,
We handle the order after payment is done, so I guess the support contacted you to finish the process and to proceed with the rest.
A person can cancel the order at any stage and get a refund.
