“NO HONOR”

Enterprise Rent a Car has no word of honor.
I will make sure that I tell everyone I know to NEVER USE THEM.
Made reservations in Miami Florida and the day to pick up a car they rented my unit to the highest bidder.
Proof of that we are starting in the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami Florida and the same branch that accepted our reservation was dropping off cars all day for two to three times what they accepted my reservation #*******063
This for 9/14/10 to 9/15/19.
Why accept reservation if you will not honor it.
I hope you loose more customer like myself.
I have reported this to American Express Travel and the Consumer Affairs as well as YELP and every single rating/review company
